More recently, I’ve begun to write about nature and our relationship to it, including the effect of nature connection on mental health - both good and, in the light of the ecological crisis, bad.
I have written eight books to date, including the bestselling Run for Life: The complete guide for every female runner, which has sold more than 200,000 copies and been translated into 14 languages.
